See her view on whether race was a factor in this case (the question being the assertion that Ms. Rittenhouse could not see the van)? What are her thoughts on the defense’s arguments that the case was tainted by the prosecution’s actions and the tactics employed in the case (forcing Rittenhouse to wear a wire).

See the full transcript of the interview with Rosie’s answers to the questions and additional comments made during the interview.

Also, Rosie discusses the advice she’d give Kyle Rittenhouse if she was still a prosecutor on this case.

And for an extensive take on what Rosie thinks of the difference between real and fake news, she discussed the post-White Nationalist rally in Charlottesville:

Rosie DiManno is CNN senior legal analyst. She is a former senior deputy district attorney for New York’s Bronx County, and previously served as senior counsel for the Office of the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. She has spoken to thousands of jurors throughout her career, and is often asked to comment on the use of the “jury box” in such issues. She and CNN have received a prestigious grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities to help further the search for the meaning of trial experience for the public.
